NELSPRUIT – Police in Wakkestroom are appealing to the community in helping them locate Mr Tevin Wanya Frederick Filand (19). He was last seen by his father on Thursday, 29 December 2022 when his father left for work at around 16:00. On Friday 30, December 2022 it is said that his father returned home at around 18:00 but did not find Tevin at home. A search for him ensued but was without any success. That was when his father decided to report the matter to the Wakkestroom Police Station.

Police therefore urge anyone who might know his whereabouts to urgently contact Detective Warrant Officer Johan Maritz on 082 579 0493. Members of the public can also call the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111. Alternatively information can be sent via MySAPS App. All received information will be treated as confidential and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
