VIRGINIA – An inquest docket is registered following the discovery of a body of a male on the side of the road between Virginia and Ventersburg on 25 October 2022 at about 09:00.
The body was found by a passer-by who informed Virginia SAPS. On their arrival at the scene, the members found the body of a male aged between 50 and 60. The deceased was only wearing a brown jersey. He has black and white beard.
A post mortem was conducted and the cause of death is natural causes. The body is currently kept at Welkom Forensic Pathology Services, as nobody has come forward to claim the deceased.
