BUTTERWORTH -An intelligence driven operation led by Butterworth Crime Intelligence and OCC members led to the arrest of a 49 year old foreign national, today 6 September 2022 at Mabakwini locality, Ndabakazi Village, Butterworth.

Police acted on information they received about a vehicle he was traveling on. Police spotted the vehicle and stopped it. They searched the man and in his possession he had 22 tik sachets.

He is expected to appear before the Butterworth Magistrates Court tomorrow, 07 September 2022.
