CENTANE – Two Centane men were sentenced on Wednesday, 20 October 2021 in the Centane Regional Court for murder committed in separate incidents.

Anda Tolom (26) was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment after he was convicted for the murder of a 36-year-old man on 25 December 2020 at Chebe Village. On the mentioned date, at 19:00 the two men had a quarrel when the victim was fatally stabbed with a knife.

Also on 20 October 2021, Lunga Bholo (27) was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for murder of a 26-year-old woman on 15 December 2021 at Ncerhana Village. The two were engaged in an argument over money. The woman was fatally stabbed.
