Police appeal for information to find a missing 19-year-old girl

POLOKWANE – The South African Police Service in Leboeng outside Burgersfort are investigating a case of a missing person following the disappearance of a 19-year-old girl, Mamma Eva Makua from Leboeng Rutseng village who allegedly went missing on 09 September 2020.
It is reported that the victim left her home on that day at about 07:30 to visit her father in Tembisa, at Oakmore Section in the Gauteng Province. She allegedly boarded a taxi at Burgersfort CBD to Gauteng but she never reached her destination as her father was waiting for her at Oakmore. They tried to contact her through her cellphone but it is on voicemail.
During her disappearance, she was wearing a maroon dress.
The police conducted search operations at relatives and friends including the surrounding areas but she was not found.
