POLOKWANE - The Sekhukhune police are currently seeking information that will lead to the arrest of two male suspects involved in the murder of a 42-year-old man. The incident occurred on Thursday, 18 July 2024, around 16:30, near Peter Nchabeleng Stadium in the Shushumela Section.

According to South African Police Service, the suspects entered the victim’s residence through an open garage as he was parking his vehicle. The victim’s wife, who was inside the house, reported hearing a gunshot from the garage. She witnessed a blue VW Polo speeding away from the scene. Upon investigating, she found her husband inside the vehicle with a fatal gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Services were called to the scene but declared the victim deceased upon arrival. The motive behind the murder remains undetermined, and police have launched an intensified manhunt for the suspects.
