NORTHERN CAPE – The members of the South African Police Service in the ZF Mgcawu District gathered in Upington, on Saturday 28 May 2022 for the funeral service of Constable Felicia Bostander who was attached to Upington Border Police.

The Deputy Minister of Police, Mr Cassel Mathale, Acting Provincial Commissioner, Maj Gen Koliswa Otola as well as management from the National and Provincial office came to pay their last respect to the member who was also a member of the Northern Cape Provincial Netball team.

Constable Felicia Bostander was involved in a fire accident during her deployment in Postmasburg early this month and later succumbed to her injuries.

The Deputy Minister conveyed his sincere condolences and appreciated the contribution that the member has made to the organisation since she joined the SAPS in 2016.
